I want to thank each one of you, both team members and family members, as we celebrate this momentous occasion - the 10th anniversary of OCT Consulting. As I stand here today, I am filled with an unmeasurable amount of pride as I see how far we’ve come. Today, we celebrate what we have accomplished together over this decade-long journey.
Ten years ago, I founded OCT around a singular ideal - simplicity. I wanted to create a company without the bureaucracy and red tape that discourage initiative and suffocate innovation. Armed with this central tenet, I created a team that I knew could foster a “can-do” spirit within OCT. And the fruits of our labor are evident. Today OCT is a thriving organization with upwards of 120 people. However, this journey has not always been easy. We faced obstacles seemingly around every corner. But it was the hard work, dedication, and innate drive of each and every single one of you that allowed us to endure.
However, our journey is not even close to over. As we look to the future, let's commit to one another. Let’s commit to working together to create an even better OCT. An OCT that serves as a breeding ground for innovative ideas. An OCT that’s a trendsetter in the industry. Let's work together to create an OCT that delivers exceptional value to the US taxpayer. An OCT which nurtures and creates an environment where every team member feels valued, empowered, and motivated. Let's create an OCT where growth is the rule, not the exception. Let’s create an OCT that gives back, and that others try to emulate. Let’s create an OCT that’s a standard bearer for the industry.
