LIFE INSURANCE, SHORT & LONG-TERM INSURANCE
OCT provides life insurance and disability insurance provided by MetLife. 100% of Life Insurance, Short- and Long-Term disability premium is paid by OCT Consulting.
401K/SAVINGS PLAN
OCT's 401K plan is managed by Vanguard. OCT provides company contributions of 3% of your gross salary starting with the first full month of service irrespective of employee contribution. Employees can contribute any amount up to the IRS regulations to the 401K plan and invest as per investment options.
MEDICAL, DENTAL & VISION INSURANCE
OCT provides medical insurance provided by Aetna. Offerings are from three tiers of coverage, including an HSA Plan. Dental and Vision is provided by MetLife.
VACATION & HOLIDAYS
Depending on the contract, OCT provides 10 to 15 days of vacation in addition to the 11 paid federal holidays.
TUITION REIMBURSEMENT
OCT provides an education benefit of up to $2500 per year as a reimbursable benefit based on enrollment in approved classes, available after 6 months of OCT employment.
