OCT provides life insurance and disability insurance provided by Hartford. 100% of Life Insurance, Short- and Long-Term disability premium is paid by OCT Consulting.
OCT's 401K plan is managed by Vanguard. OCT provides company contributions of 3% of your gross salary starting with the first full month of service irrespective of employee contribution. Employees can contribute any amount up to the IRS regulations to the 401K plan and invest as per investment options.

VACATION & HOLIDAYS
